Social Equity Applicant Interest Holder Change Requests
This is a reminder that Friday, November 6, 2026, is the deadline for Social Equity Applicants to submit requests to change previously disclosed interest holders or corporate structures.
Social Equity Applicant entities applying for an Adult-Use Retail License must apply under the same entity previously disclosed or obtain Commission approval through the Interest Holder Change Request process.
Applicants who need to request a change must submit the completed Interest Holder Change Request Form by tomorrow’s deadline.
The Commission will notify applicants of its determinations before the Adult-Use Retail License application deadline.
