Oklahoma edible packaging rules under HB 4454 take effect 1 November 2026
Oklahoma's HB 4454 bars child-appealing edible shapes and imagery and requires THC serving information from 1 November 2026. Processors say OMMA has not told them what packaging will pass inspection.
