Pittsburgh to Limit Employers’ Ability to Drug-Test Medical Marijuana Patients
The Pittsburgh City Council unanimously passed an ordinance prohibiting discrimination against medical marijuana patients in the workplace and limiting certain types of marijuana drug testing by employers as to these patients.
