• New South Wales — Transport for NSW: Medical cannabis and driving (Road Transport Legislation Amendment (Medical Cannabis and Driving Offences) Bill 2026). Transport for NSW updated its guidance on the Medical Cannabis and Driving Offences Bill 2026. Registered patients with a valid prescription get warning letters, not penalties, for a first or second detection.
